During the past 24 hours, solar activity was moderate. Five sunspot regions were on the visible disk with three M-class and several C-class flares produced. The solar wind speed decreased to about 420 km/s. The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels. The greater than 2 MeV electron flux at geosynchronous orbit maintained at minor storm levels.
